Data we process
Identity and contact details you give us (name, e-mail, phone); the content of your requests and appointments; pieces you show interest in; purchase, payment, delivery and after-sales records; communication preferences and consents; technical records needed for security (IP address, time, device information).
We do not ask for data we do not need. Special categories of personal data are not processed.
Purposes and legal grounds
Answering your requests, arranging appointments, preparing offers, completing sales, delivery, warranty and service: necessary to establish or perform a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c).
Invoicing, accounting and record-keeping duties: legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç).
Security of our systems, preventing fraud and improving our service: legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f).
Commercial electronic messages (news of new arrivals, previews, invitations) and personalised recommendations: only with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time (Art. 5/1; Law No. 6563).
Who receives your data
Our employees who need it for your request; service providers acting on our instructions (hosting, e-mail and SMS delivery, the Message Management System İYS, payment and courier companies); and public authorities where the law requires.
Where a provider stores data outside Türkiye, the transfer takes place under Article 9 of the KVKK (adequacy, appropriate safeguards or your explicit consent).
How long we keep it
Requests that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted or anonymised when no longer needed. Sales and accounting records are kept for the periods the Turkish Commercial Code and tax laws require. Consent and withdrawal records are kept as evidence for the legally required period.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose and recipients, request correction, deletion or anonymisation, object to results arising from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
