Our four-stage inspection procedure
Inspection
Each piece received by our team is first subjected to physical examination. The case, dial, bracelet, screw heads, laser etching and serial number are compared against original reference specifications under magnification.
Verification
The piece is then cross-checked against manufacturer databases, brand records and our internal reference archive. Where present, the authenticity of certificates, warranty documentation and service history is independently verified. Where necessary, additional consultation is sought from the brand's service centre.
Documentation
Following inspection and verification, a condition report, high-resolution photography and notes regarding any replaced or missing components are recorded in writing. The complete documentation is delivered to the client at the time of sale.
Delivery
Approved pieces are dispatched in sealed packaging via insured shipping, with signature required on receipt. Domestic shipping is complimentary; international delivery is arranged upon request. In-boutique collection and reservation by deposit are also available.

Authenticity
Every piece offered for sale is examined in detail by our specialist team and is delivered together with a written authenticity report.
Insured delivery
Complimentary insured shipping is provided across Turkey. Delivery is completed against the recipient's signature.
Confidentiality
Client confidentiality is maintained throughout all communication and delivery processes. Personal data is processed in accordance with Turkish data protection law (KVKK, Law No. 6698).

Boutique visits and appointments
Boutique visits are conducted by appointment and include a private viewing area, expert consultation and the opportunity to examine pieces under magnification.
